The outcome

Public Services That Work in Both Languages.

HumanInTech applies a service-design lens to public digital experiences, with bilingualism, accessibility, clear information architecture and the realities of Francophone, rural and minority-language communities embedded from the outset.

The challenge

Designing for Communities Often Designed Around

Public digital services are too often designed for a majority-language, urban default and adapted afterward. Francophone, rural and minority-language communities need those realities built into the experience from the start — not layered on top of it.

HumanInTech role & approach

Simpler Pathways, Built In From the Start

HumanInTech explored citizen and stakeholder needs directly, then simplified content, navigation and service pathways around them. Accessibility and bilingual-experience requirements were defined as core requirements, not afterthoughts.
